Rosemead Boulevard Complete Streets Improvement Project - Phase I

The County of Los Angeles is currently working to enhance access for pedestrians, cyclists and transit along 2.6 miles of Rosemead Boulevard (BL) in the cities of South El Monte, Pico Rivera and the Whittier Narrows Recreation area. As part of this effort, the County is developing a Preliminary Design Concept for Rosemead Bl.
