Wine Tasting Dinner at Clearman's Steak N Stein
Early reservations are highly recommended for the final Wine Tasting Dinner of 2019 on Thursday, Nov. 21 from 6 to 9 p.m. at Clearman’s Steak ’n Stein Inn in Pico Rivera.
The very popular wine tasting dinner boasts four courses that are paired with a fine selection of choices from the Foley Family of Wines:
- Course 1: Roasted Grape Crostini Appetizer With Lemon Ricotta paired with Bread and Butter Chardonnay;
- Course 2: House Salad Cabbage and Cheese Bread paired with Roth Sauvignon Blanc;
- Course 3: Slow Roasted Filet Mignon with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Grilled Asparagus paired with Chalk Hill Pinot Noir;
- Course 4: Dark Chocolate Crème Brûlée paired with Lancaster’s Wine Maker’s Cuvee.
